House Rules
Our house rules are simple! These rules help us provide the best possible experience to ALL our guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.
1. Please notify us of ALL guests. No guests or visitors that are not on the reservation are allowed. While events and parties are allowed, there is an additional deposit and fee for any additional guests over the 14 that the home sleeps and any events/parties require prior approval.
2. Please park all vehicles in the driveway or on the road. Parking on the grass is not allowed.
3. This property is strictly non-smoking.
4. Please no glass outdoors. Please have any glass bottles in protective holders.
5. Pets are allowed but must be on the reservation. We do ask that you please pick up any pet waste from the outside areas and there is a minimum $100 fee for any pet accidents inside or pet waste left outside.
6. Please do not enter the animal pasture area.
7. This home is on 10 acres in the country. Even with regular pest control maintenance, it is possible to see: mice, spiders, wasps, ants, scorpions, insects, mosquitos, snakes, flies, and a variety of other creepy-crawly things along with cactus, poison oaks, and other native plants and animals. If this will be an issue for you, please do not book. These are all natural to the Hill Country and you are entering their home.
8. The home is on a septic and well system. Please only put natural waste and toilet paper in the toilets. Even items marked as "flushable" are not allowed.
9. Please report any issues/damages to us immediately so we can assist you.
Unfortunately, failure to comply with these rules leads to immediate cancelation of the reservation with no refunds.
